Internship Overview

Our internship program is designed for students who are looking to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting. As an intern at Athene, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with a team of talented professionals, and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work independently on projects and tasks
  • Take ownership of your portion of a project or task
  • Add value and provide recommendations for improvements to processes and systems
  • Maintain a log evaluating each project assigned and prepare an evaluation of the experience
Qualifications and Experience
  • Entering Junior or Senior (3rd or 4th) year in the Fall of 2024
  • Proficient communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to accomplishing tasks
  • Well-rounded and self-starter
  • Interested in pursuing a career in Finance or Accounting
  • Significant experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
