  • Conduct site visits to inspect project progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of installations, materials used, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and professional experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in residential HVAC installation, with a proven track record of leadership and project management.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • EPA certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
