Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Salesperson at SilverTech. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers feel welcome and valued in our store, providing personalized attention and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store is visually appealing, with merchandise displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Experience: Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and sales targets.
