About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Data Scientist to join our team at ADP. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales performance analytics efforts and designing advanced analytics models to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure that our analytics solutions meet the needs of our customers. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about using data to drive business outcomes and has a strong background in machine learning and statistical modeling.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales performance analytics efforts and design advanced analytics models to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that analytics solutions meet the needs of customers
- Develop predictive models to inform business decisions
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify business needs and prioritize projects

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and statistical modeling
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and R
- Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
