Position Overview:

As a Packaging Specialist at our facility, you will be integral to the efficient processing of product orders, working under the guidance of our skilled Production Supervisor. Your primary focus will be to uphold and surpass the quality benchmarks established by our esteemed client, ID Logistics.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Package items in accordance with daily production schedules
  • Ensure prompt and accurate completion of customer orders
  • Maintain a well-organized and properly rotated stock
  • Continuously assess product quality and report discrepancies
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and comply with FDA regulations
  • Exhibit attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
  • Perform quality inspections on all pallets and boxed shipments
  • Be prepared to stand for extended durations
  • Engage in additional job functions or cross-training as required

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Capability to lift weights up to 50 lbs
  • Self-driven and proactive attitude
  • Proficient in multitasking
  • Flexible availability
  • Positive approach to tasks
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Comfortable in a dynamic warehouse environment

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Experience with RF technology is advantageous
