Job Summary:We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working with patients aged 18 and above, and be willing to learn interventional measures used in psychiatry.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and treatment plans
- Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health issues
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Minimum of two years of experience working with patients aged 18 and above
- Board certification in psychiatric mental health nursing
- Licensed in the state of Kentucky
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
