The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform commercial electrical service and troubleshooting with 3-5 years of experience, focusing on service, troubleshooting & small projects.
  • Lead a small team or work independently as required.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and subcontractors regarding job details.
  • Identify and resolve issues across various electrical systems.
  • Execute physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, wire pulling, and conduit installation.
  • Maintain a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Hold CSLT Certification (preferred but not required).
  • Be available for potential overtime and weekend work.
  • Exhibit professionalism and respect in client interactions.
  • Willing to travel at times to Los Angeles, Orange County & San Diego
