Location

This position is based in our Fort Collins, CO office. Initially, the role requires in-office presence, with potential for a hybrid work arrangement following the completion of training.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 annually.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of three years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in automated accounting systems, particularly QuickBooks.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with GAAP and relevant accounting regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze accounts.
  • Oversee daily cash flow, billing, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare month-end journal entries, including accruals.
  • Maintain and reconcile fixed assets, sales tax, and reporting.
  • Support budget management and bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in financial statement preparation and statistical reporting.
  • Handle monthly corporate allocations and sales-related transactions.
  • Prepare customer invoices and maintain accounts receivable records.
  • Contribute to internal and external financial reporting and analysis.
