Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at MillenniumSoft. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling clinical and commercial products, operating production equipment, and ensuring batches meet specifications.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products
  • Operate production equipment
  • Weigh, measure, and check raw materials to ensure batches contain proper ingredients and quantities
  • Assist with in-process testing to ensure batches meet specifications
  • Validate processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization
  • Remove and dispose of waste chemicals, solvents, and acids
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues associated with scientific operations


Requirements:



  • High school with technical certification in laboratory operations or equivalent experience
  • Ability to demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Ability to operate independently
  • Proficiency in English with ability to read, write, analyze/evaluate charts, and perform basic arithmetic
  • Proficiency in MS Excel


Working Conditions:



This is a 12+ months contract position with a total of 40 hours/week. The B shift lab operates from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Thursday, with 4 ten-hour shifts.
