Key Responsibilities:- Administer and interpret various tests to determine the type and degree of hearing impairment
- Evaluate test results and document findings to determine the likely cause of hearing loss and prognosis
- Operate computerized programs and utilize application software and databases to enter, modify, and access information in electronic medical records
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Conduct otoscopic examinations, cerumen management, and calibration checks of audiometric equipment
- Lead paraprofessional staff training for Audiology-specific skills and certifications
- Complete Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs)
- Doctorate Degree in Audiology (Au.D) from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of clinic practice experience
- Professional experience directly related to Compensation and Pension Examination and hearing conservation programs
- Current licensure as an Audiologist in the state of employment
- ASHA and/or AAA certification
- Ability to earn and maintain training/certifications as required to support current and future contracts
- Competitive salary range: $90k-$170k with quarterly bonus eligibility
