We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Resident to join our team. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Job Summary
The HCA Nurse Residency Program at HCA Florida Englewood Hospital provides a comprehensive approach to transitioning new graduate nurses into practice. Our program is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and support to help you establish valuable clinical and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers.
- Document administration of care in patient medical records in a timely and thorough manner.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor patients for therapeutic response, and notify providers as necessary.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and striving to anticipate patient needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State of Florida
- No previous experience needed
