Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a DSP, you will work directly with individuals in a residential group home or day program setting, providing support and mentorship to help them achieve their personal goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support and assistance with activities of daily living, such as meals, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Facilitate fun and engaging activities to promote socialization and skill-building.
  • Offer positive direction and guidance to help individuals become more independent.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
