Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Edmonds, WA - on-site

Pay: $62,400 - $87,000 DOE

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a full-service law firm to find a full-time Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Superior Court and/or Federal Court.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft pleadings and documents for attorney review, including complaints, answers, motions, and discovery.
  • Assist with motion preparation, including summary judgment motions, deposition cite checking, and exhibit assembly.
  • eFile documents in compliance with state and federal court rules.
  • Stay familiar with local court procedures and rules.
  • Manage discovery processes, track document production, and preserve privileged documents.
  • Coordinate docketing, scheduling, and filing court documents.
  • Prepare key document notebooks, chronologies, deposition notebooks, and exhibit lists.
