Salary
The salary for this position is $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year. We offer a hybrid work schedule with the option to work from home or in our beautiful, fully furnished office space.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic therapist who can thrive in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university. They must be a fully licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with a valid license in the state of Pennsylvania. Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities and Duties
As a clinician at Ellie Mental Health, you will evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation. You will also establish and maintain stable and appropriate boundaries with clients, utilize creativity in interventions to help them achieve goals, and coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have effective time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), and comfort working with a diverse client base. Ability to pass a background check is also required.
