Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package ranging from approximately $50,000-$400,000 per year, depending on your employment status and availability.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • You will serve as the attending physician for residents residing at each facility, collaborating with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care.
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered comprehensive primary care services by rounding on patients residing in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses, such as bacterial and viral infections, as well as chronic diseases and conditions like hypertension, heart disease, or diabetes.
Work Environment

As an attending physician with Theoria Medical, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule with minimal nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities. You'll work closely with our virtual care team to ensure seamless coverage and support.

Our state-of-the-art technology and proprietary electronic health record system, ChartEasy, enable efficient documentation and streamlined communication. You'll also have access to PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and American HealthTech, commonly used facility EHR systems.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • You must be able to supervise collaborating nurse practitioners and physicians assistants.
  • You should be proficient in utilizing electronic/online medical tools, such as EHR systems and state/county medical systems utilized for death certificates and administrative functions.
