Job Summary:
As a key member of the Butler County Community College team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the Nursing and Allied Health Division. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Perform various clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or related field preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
