Toyon Research Corporation, a distinguished employee-owned firm, is dedicated to advancing research and development initiatives that bolster national defense. We are currently seeking an experienced Antenna Design Engineer with hands-on expertise in both antenna design and testing, as well as RF and microwave circuit design and testing. Join our innovative team of engineers tackling cutting-edge antenna challenges for radar, communication systems, and embedded sensors across the electromagnetic spectrum.
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of four years of experience in RF/Antenna design or hold a Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Familiarity with Frequency Selective Surface (FSS) design is highly desirable. Proficiency in standard numerical design and analysis tools such as Ansoft HFSS or CST Microwave Studio, or equivalent software, is preferred. Experience at the systems level is also advantageous.
