Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Biogensys. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients in Jersey Shore, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services, including specimen collection for POC testing, as permitted by state and federal regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Center Nurse Executive/Infection Preventionist/Designee to achieve patient-centered care goals.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
  • A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy.
  • Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.
  • Compliance with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures, including the Compliance and Ethics Program, Standard/Code of Conduct, Federal False Claim Act, and HIPAA.

  • Shift: First Shift
  • 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
  • Meal: 30 Minutes
