Job Description

The Romanoff Group of Companies, a leading provider of commercial and residential services, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant to join their team in the Charlotte, NC area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company in a professional, safe, and efficient manner.
  • Load, unload, prepare, sort, and organize materials, tools, and other items.
  • Perform general facility and grounds maintenance and upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving record with no traffic violations.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment (forklift, box truck, etc.).
  • Must adhere to company screenings.
