Nurse Educator Specialist CCU Department

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at Brockton Hospital. In this role, you will provide educational support to our clinical staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our Nurse Managers and Director of Staff Education to develop and implement training programs that promote best practices and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise clinical staff in providing patient care.
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers and Director of Staff Education to develop and implement training programs.
- Represent administration in managing the hospital and participating in the Nursing Management team.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in nursing education and leadership. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. Five years of clinical experience are also necessary. Demonstrated abilities include leadership, clinical, communication, and professional creativity.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $73,000-$100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
