We are in search of empathetic and committed individuals to fill the role of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

Role Overview:
As a DSP, you will engage with individuals in their residences and within the community, providing essential support aimed at improving their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized one-on-one assistance tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each individual.
  • Encourage a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters social interaction and community participation.
  • Assist individuals in acquiring and enhancing daily living skills to promote self-sufficiency.
  • Identify and create opportunities for skill development through various activities and experiences.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with individuals, their families, and fellow team members.
  • Collaborate with case managers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Accurately document daily activities, achievements, and any incidents as required.
Support Areas Include:
  • Personal hygiene assistance
  • Daily living skills development
  • Goal setting and achievement
  • Appointment management
  • Community engagement and activities
  • Medication management
  • Meal preparation
  • General household tasks
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Valid driver's license preferred (unless working overnight shifts)
  • Successful completion of background checks
  • Availability to work every other weekend and holiday
  • If transportation is via bus, willingness to walk from the bus stop to the residence may be required.
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Overnight shifts (10/11 pm - 7 am)
