Grand Canyon Go Karts Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Grand Canyon Go Karts team at the Williams/Circle Pines KOA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience on our go-kart track.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests of all ages
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management using our Basecamp System
  • Enforce campground policies and implement solutions to achieve our goals
  • Proactively manage guest interactions to maintain a positive environment
  • Coordinate with Guest Service staff to resolve issues when necessary
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address guest concerns
  • Train guests on proper safety and use of go-karts
  • Follow opening and closing procedures for the track
  • Assist with track maintenance and light landscaping duties
  • Support recreation events and complete various duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Physical ability to be active at all times
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong teamwork and independence skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude towards guests and colleagues
  • Effective communication and patience
  • Ability to work at high altitude (7,000ft)
