We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sweet Treat Creator. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating beautiful and delicious desserts that exceed our customers' expectations.

• Develop and implement new dessert ideas, ensuring they align with our brand's aesthetic and flavor profile
• Work closely with our bakery team to produce high-quality desserts, adhering to our quality control standards
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (culinary arts, baking and pastry arts) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (baking, pastry arts)
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• A competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
