We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our Developmental Disabilities Crisis Prevention and Court Services team in Boise, Idaho. As a Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing assessment, training, and rehabilitation services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply clinical skills to assess client and family needs and formulate assessment and therapeutic recommendations
- Design, implement, and direct clinical therapies and rehabilitation programs
- Provide clinical case management services, including emergency and crisis intervention
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and client/family outcomes
- Present assessment results to multidisciplinary teams and participate in treatment planning
- Provide forensic services, including court-ordered evaluations
- Coordinate programs with other service providers and community organizations
- Provide client, family, and community education services
Requirements:
- Licensure in one of the following: Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably gained through at least one year of related professional experience
- Knowledge of court procedures and practices, typically gained through completion of related college coursework or at least one year of professional experience working with court systems
- Good knowledge of mental health and developmental disability social services/support services, typically gained through at least one year of related professional experience
