Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inbound and outbound operations within the fulfillment center
- Lead a team comprising Area Managers and Operations Leads
- Drive strategic planning and operational forecasting
- Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes feedback and innovation
- Leverage the Warehouse Management System to enhance order fulfillment efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 5+ years of managerial experience in fulfillment center or warehouse settings
- Proven track record in optimizing inventory and order management systems
- Metrics-driven approach with strong project management expertise
- Customer service orientation with a quick adaptability to change
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce
- Certification or experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
