Floral Designer

Bachman's is seeking a skilled Floral Designer to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements to meet the needs of our customers.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Design and create fresh floral arrangements to meet customer requests
• Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting customers and sales staff with orders and register transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the fresh cooler and out-of-cooler display
• Order and manage floral cut product and supplies to meet sales goals and control markdowns
• Perform other duties as necessary to support the success of the store

• Thorough knowledge of floral design principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational certificate in floral design preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in floral design
