Job Summary

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to work in a OUT PATIENT setting in Covington, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a OUT PATIENT setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Active GA. OUT PATIENT license
  • 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
