Certification Requirements
  • ARRT certification is essential within one year of completing the educational program (exemption applies for employees hired before 1984).
  • ARRT certification is preferred.
  • ARRT (CT) certification is also preferred.
  • Current BLS certification is mandatory.
  • Candidates must possess credentials and licensing specific to New Mexico.
Position Overview
  • Radiographer - Adherence to a 75-mile straight line radius rule (not based on driving distance) - Local travelers are not accepted.
  • Submissions must include a resume and a completed skills checklist/competency assessment.
  • This is a 13-week assignment requiring a minimum of 2 years of current experience.
  • Previous completion of at least one 13-week travel assignment is required.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of current experience is required.
  • Successful completion of at least one previous 13-week travel assignment is necessary.
Work Schedule
  • Shifts: Nights/Weekends - Friday day shift from 7 AM to 7 PM.
  • Saturday and Sunday shifts are overnight from 7 PM to 7 AM.
  • Shifts may vary to meet departmental staffing needs.
  • On-call duties, as well as weekend and holiday work, may be required.
  • Travelers will be the first to float within the facility and to alternate locations within a 20-mile radius of their assigned location.
Unit Specific Information
  • Traveling pairs may not have the same schedules or shifts.
Additional Information
  • Travelers must not have been employed by the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for the past 12 months to be eligible for a travel position.
  • State tax will be processed through your agency and reflected on your invoice, payable to the state of New Mexico.
