Job Overview

As a Mobile Sales Ambassador, you'll play a vital role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services, and building relationships that drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively engage with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Consistently leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process, identifying customer needs and using solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  3. Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
  4. Partner with nearby store locations to properly on-board customers, perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures, and carry keys to the kiosk cabinets.
  5. Be customer-obsessed, passionate, friendly, and engaging with customers, building rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  2. 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Required)
  3. Customer Satisfaction - Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers.
  4. Team Building - Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team, willing to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices.
  5. Retail Sales - Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
