OnPoint Medical Group is actively seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions within our float team. This role involves providing care across various clinics, ensuring a flexible and dynamic work environment.

  • Availability required from Monday to Friday, with a willingness to rotate shifts across multiple clinic locations.
  • We are particularly interested in candidates available for full-time float positions, ideally three to four days per week.
  • PRN shifts are also available for those seeking flexible work hours.

OnPoint Medical Group operates as a physician-led network of proficient Primary and Urgent care providers, dedicated to enhancing access to quality healthcare in a cost-effective manner.

Our primary mission is to ensure the health and wellness of our members and their families by offering a comprehensive range of medical services through a unified physician group in their communities. With interconnected doctors, nurses, specialists, labs, and medical records, we guarantee that patient care is delivered with the utmost professionalism.

The Nurse Practitioner at OnPoint Medical Group will be tasked with direct patient care responsibilities alongside administrative duties as assigned by the Medical Director, adhering to the Colorado Medical Practice Act. The Medical Director will oversee all operational activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
The following points outline the essential duties of this position, which may be subject to modification:

  • Utilize sound medical judgment while adhering to ethical standards; recognize limitations and seek consultation when necessary; stay updated on current technologies and industry practices.
  • Provide mentorship to staff technicians to foster continuous performance improvement.
  • Fulfill all clinical responsibilities of the Health Center's medical practice.
  • Comply with internal policies and procedures; ensure the completion of operational tasks in line with departmental guidelines for appropriate clinical processing and documentation.
  • Regularly communicate any issues that may affect the practice to administration.
  • Adapt to new clinic environments and be receptive to feedback from various Physician Leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner program and possess a valid license in the State of Colorado.
  • Board Certification in the relevant specialty.
  • Proficient computer skills are essential; experience with EMR systems is preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working in Primary Care as a Nurse Practitioner is required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
The role involves regular standing, using hands for various tasks, reaching, and effective communication. Occasional walking, sitting, and physical activities such as stooping or lifting may be required. Candidates should be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on the number of shifts worked, employment status, and relevant experience.
