Job OverviewThe Salvation Army's 2024 Christmas Kettle Campaign is seeking a talented individual to provide musical entertainment and assistance throughout the California South Division Corps. As a Merrymaker, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to spreading joy and raising funds for those in need.Responsibilities
  • Play a brass instrument or sing as part of a quartet or quintet, reading music proficiently.
  • Engage with the public at kettles and other events, creating a warm and festive atmosphere.
  • Travel to various locations within the Southern California Division, representing The Salvation Army's mission and values.
Working Conditions

The ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis is required. You must also be able to grasp, push, pull objects, reach overhead, and operate a computer, printer, and telephone.

Requirements
  • You must be a uniformed Salvationist currently attending a Salvation Army Corps.
Salary and Benefits

$45,000 - $60,000 per year
