**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a team of carpet cleaning technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring their performance to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
* Maintain and repair carpet cleaning equipment, and order supplies as needed.
* Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to ensure consistency and quality of service.
* Schedule appointments with clients and communicate effectively with them to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
* Provide estimates to clients for carpet cleaning services and handle billing and payment processing.
* Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records of all carpet cleaning jobs, including customer information, cleaning methods used, and cleaning supplies and equipment used.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Train new carpet cleaning technicians and ensure they are familiar with cleaning procedures and equipment.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or management is preferred.
* Proven experience in managing a team in the carpet cleaning industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment.
* Ability to lift heavy equipment and supplies.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Basic Requirements:**

* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Schedule: 9-hour shift.
* Monday to Friday, but must be available nights and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
* Must be able to lift heavy equipment and be okay with being exposed to cleaning chemicals, etc.
