**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at First Connect. As a CNA-LTC, you will provide vital support to both patients and nurses in our long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Transport patients safely and efficiently
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medication as directed by licensed nurses
  • Conduct safety checks to ensure patient well-being
  • Provide social-emotional support to enhance occupant outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current Washington State certification as a CNA
  • Current CPR and 1st Aid certification
  • Certification of Nurse Delegation for Nursing Assistants
  • WA DSHS Dementia Specialty Training, Mental Health Specialty Training, and Developmental Disabilities Specialty Training required or contracted for less than 120 days
  • N95 mask fitting using approved masks
  • TB Testing as stipulated in WAC 388-78A
  • 3 professional references needed

Compensation: $18.50 per hour
