About the RoleKENPAT CENTRAL FLORIDA LLC is seeking an experienced Bilingual Construction Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for laying out metal-framed walls, both interior and exterior, ensuring precision and accuracy in the construction process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction layout and be proficient in CAD software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Laying out metal-framed walls, both interior and exterior, with precision and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure accurate implementation of layout specifications.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety standards and building codes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in commercial construction layout or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
