About the Job

This full-time position involves providing various outpatient psychiatric treatment services to individuals with diverse needs. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive treatment plans, conducting client intake interviews, and collaborating with clients' existing supports to ensure effective care delivery.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $62,000 per year, based on education/licensure level. Increases are given when new licensure is obtained. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $58,300, based on a Master's degree from a recognized Graduate School of Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and NYS Certification as an LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

Requirements
  • A Master's Degree from a recognized Graduate School of Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
  • NYS Certification as an LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R
  • Demonstrated knowledge upon which direct service and clinical advisement is based
  • Ability to work effectively with people of diverse cultures, ages, and economic backgrounds
