Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our facilities management team at Newmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building operating systems, ensuring the safety of tenants, and providing exceptional service.

About the Job
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $83,200 annually, based on experience. In addition to base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, this role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and other incentives. The expected work schedule is 40 hours per week, with occasional after-hours emergency calls required. You will be working in a normal office environment with minimal disagreeable elements.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Maintain and repair building operating systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Conduct periodic preventative maintenance on equipment, including lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, and replacement of consumable parts
- Be responsive to tenant requests and coordinate contractor approvals as needed
- Prepare and maintain maintenance logs and records
- Assist in snow and ice clearing operations and perform other duties as assigned
