Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized nursing care to residents, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop effective care plans.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for care.

Requirements
