Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the school's mission and goals
- Design and deliver educational programs that meet the needs of students and the healthcare industry
- Evaluate and assess student learning outcomes to ensure program effectiveness
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement educational policies and procedures
- Stay current with industry trends and developments to ensure program relevance and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania
- Previous experience as a Nurse Educator or in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
