Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, registered Architect to join our growing Data Centers practice in our Los Angeles office location. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual seeking progressively more responsible assignments on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist on full life cycle projects
  • Generate creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
  • Translate concepts and information into images
  • Participate in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
  • Assist with contract administration responsibilities
  • Coordinate with a variety of consultants

Qualifications

  • Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial architecture preferred
  • Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailing
  • Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus
  • Professional registration or anticipation of registration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible attitude
  • Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
  • Confident presentation ability
  • Candidates should be familiar with coordinating project deliverables and clients
  • Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required

What We Offer

Base Salary Range: $69,000- $117,000 annually – Los Angeles locations only
