About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Technician to join our team at SERVPRO. As a key member of our reconstruction team, you will play a critical role in restoring properties to their pre-loss condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demolition and Preparation: Perform demolition and prepping of residential and commercial properties for reconstruction work post fire and water damage.
  • Inventory and Logistics: Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
  • Site Preparation: Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging area and equipment for each project.
  • Production and Quality Control: Perform production processes as directed and adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
