Responsibilities

Sushi Artisans will progress through three stations, honing skills in:

  1. Roll case: vegetable prep, sushi rice production, and roll creation
  2. Front case: fish breakdown, nigiri and sashimi expertise, omakase experiences
  3. Wheel: organizing orders, producing sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi
