Salary InformationThe salary range for this position is $108,000 to $189,000 per year, with opportunities for sign-on bonuses and flexible scheduling. This compensation package allows you to maximize your productivity while balancing work and life.
Job DescriptionAs a Physical Therapist (PT) at ANX Home Healthcare & Hospice Care, you will provide physical therapy services to patients according to a written physician's plan of care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Initiating physical therapy programs and instructing other personnel and/or family/caregivers on certain phases of physical therapy.
- Participating in case conferences to discuss patient goals and progress.
- Identifying patient and family/caregiver needs for other home health services and referring as necessary.
- Providing physical therapy consultation to home families/caregivers when indicated.
- Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants according to organization policy and state regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current CA Physical Therapist (PT) license curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or any accrediting body approved by the U.S. Office of Education.
- Newly graduated Physical Theraptors are welcome.
- Preferred: 2 years of physical therapy experience or combination of experience and education.
- Experience Preferred: 1 year of home health experience.
- A current CPR card for Healthcare Providers.
- The ability to travel in our San Francisco territory with no limitations.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
- Chinese speaking preferred.
