We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at one of our esteemed clients in Ruidoso, New Mexico.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering radiation treatments to patients in accordance with physician prescriptions and treatment plans.

• Administer radiation treatments to patients in accordance with physician prescriptions and treatment plans.
• Prepare patients for radiation therapy procedures, ensuring proper positioning and patient comfort.
• Operate and calibrate advanced radiation equipment to deliver safe and effective treatments.
• Monitor patients during treatment sessions and respond to any concerns or reactions.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, documentation, and patient progress notes.
• Ensure equipment safety and cleanliness, performing routine quality assurance checks.
• Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and medical physicists to ensure the accuracy of treatment plans.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Radiation Therapy program is required.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy is required.
• Licensure: Must hold a current New Mexico Radiation Therapy license or be eligible to obtain one.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
