Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $179,000, including hourly wages, performance incentives, commissions, and bonuses. Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to get a WV state Tech testing card within the first 30 days of employment. NATE Certifications or equivalent are preferred, but not required. All applicants with mechanical skills are invited to apply.

As a Heating and Cooling Specialist, your day begins promptly at 8 AM in the amazing city of Pittsburgh. You will work on various tasks such as diagnosing and assessing heating and cooling systems, providing quotes and estimates, executing repairs and enhancements, and generating leads for our comfort advisors.
