Job Summary

We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant COTA to fill a position in our skilled nursing facility. As a COTA, you will use treatments to develop patients' daily living skills and basic motor functions, observing, assessing, and documenting progress in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure effective patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Active state COTA license required.
  • Unlimited employee referral bonus available.
  • Multiple locations offered for PRN coverage, with potential full-time opportunities possible at additional locations.
  • This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.
