Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Store 1813-Shops at Nanuet-ANN-Nanuet, NY 10954. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, driving revenue growth, and maintaining a safe and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Service: Build strong relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized styling advice.
  • Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed divisional, store, and individual financial goals while contributing to the store's overall objectives.
  • Operations: Complete opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and adhere to Loss Prevention practices.

Position Requirements:
  • Client Service: Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the client remains the top priority.
  • Follow Directions: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines as assigned with minimal supervision and within designated timeframes.
  • Merchandising: Knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and ability to implement and maintain with ANN INC.'s guidelines.

Technical Expertise:
  • Distributed Order Maintenance (DOM): Proficient in using DOM's to locate product for clients and process transactions accurately.
  • StyleFinder: Understands the functions of StyleFinder and uses it to locate product for clients and process transactions accurately.
