Job Description

This full-time position is part of our Specialty Pharmacy team, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing clinical pharmacy services and outpatient care coordination to enhance patient care in complex and advanced medication therapies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support and education to patients, ensuring they have access to and adhere to their medications
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, applying combined skill sets from retail/outpatient and clinical settings to advance pharmacy opportunities
  • Manage diverse disease states and the expanding specialty medication market
  • Contribute to a cohesive team dynamic, fostering collaboration and support
  • Participate in extensive onboarding and training, with ongoing support and training for future growth

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $145,000, with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and financial wellness options.
