Swell Server

The Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach is seeking a highly skilled and attentive Swell Server to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

• Guest Service: Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Food and Beverage Service: Receive and deliver food and beverage orders, collect payment, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with guests and colleagues, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding and resolution of issues.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing situations and priorities as needed.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent, with experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Physical Demands: Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Attendance: Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling.
• Appearance: Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and nametag.
