Job Summary

The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience at Concord Veterinary Hospital. This dynamic individual will be responsible for coordinating patient care, capturing medical notes, creating treatment plans, and communicating with clients throughout the visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and veterinary teams.
  • Develop and present treatment plans in collaboration with veterinarians, ensuring clients understand their pet's needs and care requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the completion of treatment plans, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
  • Provide exceptional client service, addressing questions, concerns, and needs in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, prescriptions, and follow-up appointments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary or medical setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, veterinarians, and technical teams.
  • Proficient in medical terminology and computer literacy, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
