Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our dedicated and quality-focused clinical team. As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight for a team of therapists and clients, assessing clients, developing treatment plans, and overseeing the training and implementation of client programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand clients
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and plan evidence-based interventions
  • Train, supervise, and support a small team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) dedicated to clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes
  • Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child's progress
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs
  • Licensed in the state of Maryland or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire
  • Dedicated to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to clients and their families
